Collars & Co is hiring a Sales Supervisor for its boutique at Fashion Square, operating from October 2026 through April 2027. The role leads sales performance, customer experience, team coaching, onboarding, and daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory, and shipment processing. It requires 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience, strong selling and communication skills, flexible availability, and the ability to work on the sales floor and lift up to 50 pounds.
