Description
The Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) leads the sales floor at a Veronica Beard store by styling clients, driving individual and store sales, building client relationships, mentoring Sales Associates, and supporting store operations. The role includes opening and closing, key-control and cash-handling procedures, inventory and loss-prevention support, and serving as Manager-on-Duty when needed. It requires at least one year of retail sales experience in a high-touch, client-focused environment, with luxury or contemporary fashion experience preferred. The base hourly range is $22.00 to $23.00, with commission opportunities and additional benefits.
