Description
TAL Building Centers, a family-owned company, seeks a full-time Sales Support representative to join their team. This role supports outside sales members by managing the sales process, handling quotes and sales orders, and ensuring excellent customer service. The successful candidate will prepare and process various documents, maintain customer relationships, verify vendor costs, process purchase orders, track incoming orders, and coordinate deliveries or pickups. They will also assist with customer account management, troubleshoot issues like credits and returns, and stay updated on product knowledge and construction methods.
