Convera is hiring a remote Sales Support Coordinator in Canada to provide end-to-end operational support to its Go-to-Market team. The role handles client requests and issues, coordinates with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, Product, Privacy, and Risk, tracks client information and expiries, supports payment and settlement activities, assists with account and user setup, and prepares customer reports. Candidates need prior administrative, customer service, sales support, or operations experience, familiarity with CRM and Microsoft Office, and an interest in payments or foreign exchange processes; full training is provided. The role pays CAD 50,000–70,000 per year and includes health coverage and other benefits.
