Pavago is hiring a full-time, fully remote Sales Support Coordinator to support Account Managers and Marketing with HubSpot CRM hygiene, sales follow-ups, contract tracking, pipeline organization, lead handoffs, and professional outreach across LinkedIn, X, and other channels. The role requires 1–2+ years of relevant experience, CRM and lead-tracking experience, strong written English, organization, and availability during U.S. business hours. The position includes an initial phone screen, Spark Hire video, recruiter and client interviews, a practical CRM and outreach task, and an offer and onboarding.
