Description
The Sales Support Associate supports both back-of-house and front-of-house retail operations, including inventory and stock management, shipment handling, phone answering, POS transactions, customer service, repairs, alterations, and store maintenance. The role is part-time at 24–30 hours per week and requires at least three days of availability, prior retail stock, logistics, or customer service experience, and familiarity with retail policies and procedures.
