Nucao, a Leipzig-based food startup, is hiring for an operations-focused sales support role that serves as the operational backbone of the Sales team. The position is responsible for maintaining master data and data quality, managing pricing and contracts, building sales analyses and reports, administering CRM and sales tools, coordinating sample shipments and trade marketing materials, and driving process optimization through AI and automation tools. The role requires 1-3 years of experience in sales support or inside sales, strong Excel skills, process thinking, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset, with the expectation that the person will grow into independent project leadership and become a key contact for field sales and key account management.
