Description
The Sales Support Specialist will process quotation requests, orders, and complaints; communicate with customs authorities and logistics providers; prepare and review shipping and customs documents; ensure compliance with customs regulations; support field sales and customer service; and maintain customer relationships. The role is full-time in Wildeshausen, requires commercial training or a degree, sales-support experience, basic customs knowledge, MS Office and Excel skills, strong communication, teamwork, professional German, and good English. It is a temporary staffing assignment with above-tariff compensation under the GVP collective agreement.
