Valekna GmbH is hiring a full-time Sales Support Specialist in Dortmund to process web-shop orders, manage orders through registration and dispatch, handle customer inquiries by phone and email, advise customers on technical hose and fitting solutions, prepare offers, and coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams. The role requires prior order-processing, sales-support, or customer-service experience, technical product interest, strong German communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The position offers regular Monday-to-Friday hours, onboarding, product training, and opportunities for further education.
