IRCA Group is hiring an onsite Sales Support Supervisor in Suwanee, Georgia to lead the daily operations of its Sales Support team. The role supervises Sales Support Specialists, coaches and develops team members, monitors performance and KPIs, escalates complex customer and order issues, coordinates with Sales, Customer Support, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, Marketing, and Logistics, and supports quotations, pricing, contracts, customer onboarding, product launches, SAP and CRM data, reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of experience in sales support, customer service, commercial operations, or order management, and at least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
