Getsafe is hiring a Customer Success Outbound Agent to serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone, guiding them through its digital insurance process, answering questions, identifying coverage gaps, and scheduling appointments with insurance consultants. The position is hybrid in Heidelberg or Berlin and offers a starting annual salary of up to 42,000 euros, including performance-based commission.
