The Stepstone Group is hiring a Team Manager (m/f/d) for its Inside Sales team to lead approximately 10–15 employees, achieve monthly revenue targets, grow the customer base, coach and develop staff, and select and onboard new colleagues. The role requires sales-team leadership experience, preferably in telephone sales to B2B customers, along with strong communication, decision-making, sales-tool, and customer-development skills.
