The Stepstone Group is hiring a Team Manager (m/f/d) for its inside sales team. The role leads approximately 10–15 inside sales employees, supports daily operations, develops best practices, achieves monthly revenue targets, monitors KPIs, coaches and trains staff, and selects and onboards new colleagues. The position requires experience leading sales teams, preferably in telephone-based B2B sales, along with strong communication, persuasion, decision-making, and sales-tool skills.
