Roth Capital Partners, LLC is hiring an experienced Sales Trader to serve institutional clients across its U.S. offices. The role manages institutional cash-equity orders, provides real-time market commentary and execution strategy, facilitates blocks, markets the firm's capital-markets platform, maintains buy-side relationships, and ensures compliance with FINRA, SEC, exchange, and internal trading requirements. Candidates need at least five years of equity sales trading experience, active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, institutional buy-side relationships, a bachelor's degree, and a clean U.S. regulatory record. Compensation is commission-based with potential discretionary bonus.
