Graybar is hiring a Sales Trainee to learn its electrical distribution business and sales process through formal training and hands-on experience. The role involves developing product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment and rotating through sales, logistics, customer service, transactional, and project processes. Candidates need a valid driver's license, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong communication skills, and a two- or four-year degree or equivalent work experience. The position runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and pays $20.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience.
