Description
The Sales Trainee is a training role preparing candidates for the Account Sales Manager position. The role supports sales initiatives, covers ASM routes during absences or special projects, maintains customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations, and executes Red Bull standards in stores. Responsibilities include route support, audits, display building, merchandising, KPI achievement, and daily preparation. The position requires a valid driver’s license, DOT medical card, age 21 or older, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds; customer-service and sales experience is a plus. The role is at-will, and successful completion may lead to an ASM interview or, under certain conditions, extension of the assignment.
