The trainee will learn the sales process, answer customer inquiries, process orders, generate quotes, build customer relationships, complete operational reports, use branch systems, and rotate through branch, warehouse, and project-house roles. The role requires at least one year of customer service, sales, or related experience and a high school diploma or GED, with a California pay range of $23.96 to $29.95 and a branch-pool commission/bonus plan.
