Description
The Sales Trainee is a training role preparing candidates for the Account Sales Manager position. The role supports sales initiatives, covers ASM routes during absences or special projects, maintains customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations, and executes Red Bull standards in-store. Responsibilities include route support, audits, display building, merchandising, KPI achievement, and daily preparation. The position requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, DOT medical card, at least 21 years of age, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds; customer service and sales experience, English proficiency, and additional languages are advantageous. The base salary is $19.38 to $29.08 per hour.
