Paytm is hiring an experienced Sales Trainer to design and deliver training programs for sales teams across lending products and processes. The role covers product knowledge, sales capabilities, compliance, operational procedures, classroom and virtual training, content development, performance evaluation, coaching, and training effectiveness monitoring. Candidates need at least six years of experience in sales training, learning and development, or training delivery within banking, NBFC, fintech, or lending domains, along with strong communication, stakeholder management, and lending-domain knowledge.
