Service Wizard is hiring a Sales Trainer to teach, coach, and mentor sales professionals and technicians across classroom and on-site customer-visit settings. The role includes developing training curriculum, leading sales-process and objection-handling instruction, supporting business development, and driving change and compliance. Candidates need at least three years of residential home-trades, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing experience, along with teaching, public-speaking, sales-training, and business-development experience. The position offers a $120,000–$150,000 USD annual salary plus bonus incentives and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
