Antech is hiring a Sales Training & Development Manager to support the design, delivery, optimization, and field coaching of sales training for its German field force. The role partners with German sales leadership, regional marketing, and enablement stakeholders to build consultative, value-based selling capabilities across Antech’s diagnostic portfolio, develops learning content and enablement tools, coaches sales teams, and measures training effectiveness against commercial KPIs. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least three years of relevant sales training or commercial enablement experience, strong German and English proficiency, and up to 30% travel.
