The position supports the Salesforce Product Owner in validating requirements, optimizing processes, building solution designs, configuring reports, dashboards, and workflows, ensuring data quality, and providing technical support and training. The role requires experience with Salesforce administration, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, reporting, Flow Builder, iPaaS, Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and strong English skills.
