Methods, a £100M+ IT Services Consultancy specializing in transforming the public sector in the UK, is seeking a Salesforce Administrator. This role involves continuous maintenance and development of the internal Salesforce org, analyzing user issues, driving adoption, resolving system bugs, implementing change requests, designing technical solutions, and focusing on Finance and Accounts processes using Certinia PSA and Certinia Accounting (FFA). The ideal candidate will possess strong Salesforce and Certinia administration experience, particularly in a business services industry, along with a deep understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
