Description
Mindspace is seeking a hands-on Salesforce professional to own and continuously improve its Salesforce ecosystem across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Based in Warsaw, Poland, the role focuses on business process transformation, Salesforce Sales Cloud administration and configuration, workflow automation, data quality, integrations, APIs, reporting, and AI implementation. The professional will independently identify business problems, design scalable solutions, support user adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe. The role requires at least three years of Salesforce Administrator and/or Business Analyst experience, strong Salesforce Flows and process automation knowledge, a strong data background, familiarity with AI tools, and fluency in Polish and English.
