Description
The Salesforce Application Engineering Manager will lead and mentor Salesforce Developers and Engineers while directing the architecture, development, and delivery of BSS functions including CPQ, Order Management, billing, and reporting on the Salesforce platform. The role involves building scalable integrations with enterprise systems, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and collaborating with Product Management, Solution Architects, and stakeholders. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 10 years of Salesforce development experience, and 5–7 years in formal leadership or people management. The full-time US base salary is $162,400–$232,900 plus bonus and benefits.
