AArete is hiring an experienced Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect in Chicago, Illinois to lead design, solutioning, and delivery of Salesforce solutions for healthcare payer clients. The role requires deep expertise across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related technical areas such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, OmniStudio, data modeling, security, integrations, and DevOps/CI-CD. The architect will conduct technical assessments, define scalable architectures and integrations, provide technical leadership to development teams, support proposals and business development, and engage directly with clients and executive stakeholders. The posting offers competitive compensation, majority employer-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits, and a base salary range of $145,000 to $175,000 with potential annual bonus.
