Cronos Europa Portugal is hiring a Salesforce Architect to define and govern Salesforce Service Cloud architecture for a global automotive manufacturer’s customer care transformation. The role owns scalable service and case-management solutions, enterprise data models, integrations with contact centre and enterprise data platforms, platform governance, release processes, and multi-market consistency. It requires strong Salesforce architecture, data modelling, integration, governance, and international implementation experience, along with a bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least eight years of Salesforce ecosystem experience, including at least three years in an architect role.
