Description
The Salesforce Architect will design and govern Salesforce solutions for life sciences or pharmaceutical organizations, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Agentforce. The role requires 10+ years of Salesforce experience at a technical architect level, strong data modeling and integration expertise, release management, and the ability to explain architectural decisions. SLC documentation, stakeholder management, governance, and team mentoring are also required, while TrackWise Digital, CI/CD, Git, DevOps, automated testing, and Salesforce Architect certifications are preferred.
