Booksy is hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst to serve as an operational partner for cross-functional leadership across Sales, Customer Success, and Product. The role owns end-user support, process improvement, platform adoption, requirements and scope documentation, data governance, and Salesforce solution design across the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce AI ecosystem. Candidates need 6+ years of Business Analyst experience, active Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications, strong automation and engineering-collaboration skills, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace. The role is remote-first and open to candidates based anywhere in Europe.
