Booksy is hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst to support Sales, Customer Success, and Product leadership across its Salesforce technology stack. The role owns end-user support, process improvement, platform adoption, data governance, workflow optimization, requirements documentation, solution design, and collaboration with engineering teams. Candidates need 6+ years of Business Analyst experience, active Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications, hands-on knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce AI, plus proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace. The position is remote-first and open to candidates located anywhere in Europe.
