Decision Foundry is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team. This role involves engaging with customer stakeholders to understand business outcomes, defining success criteria, and leading discovery sessions to refine requirements. The analyst will synthesize requirements into user stories and solution design documentation, performing fit-gap analyses between Salesforce functionality and client needs. Responsibilities also include developing innovative Salesforce solutions using declarative configuration, creating data models, enabling external integrations, and automating business processes. Additionally, the role entails drafting development specifications, managing delivery and testing, iterating solutions through agile cycles, delivering training, and collaborating with Project Managers.
