Taboola is hiring a Salesforce Systems Analyst for its Information Systems team in the New York office. The role partners with Sales, Account Management, and other global stakeholders to design, configure, test, and improve scalable CRM workflows and business system solutions in Salesforce and related platforms. Responsibilities include business requirements gathering, workflow and automation design, data management, GenAI use-case evaluation, system enhancements, documentation, rollout, and user support. The position requires 2–5+ years of enterprise business systems experience, CRM workflow expertise, and familiarity with sales or go-to-market processes; Salesforce Flow, SQL/SOQL, and low-code or scripting experience are preferred. The role offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and a base salary of $100,000–$123,000 USD.
