NetGO Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support a Federal Government client with their digital transformation and modernization programs. The Salesforce Business Analyst will integrate and implement the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating software application testing, recommending improvements, and ensuring the stability of the implementation. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, participating in client meetings, providing functional support to developers and the QA team, authoring documentation, assisting in training new users, and acting as a liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams. Qualifications include 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least three years of Salesforce experience.
