The employer is hiring a Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead Salesforce solution implementations for clients, including gathering requirements, designing and configuring solutions, coordinating custom development, serving as the functional and technical client reference, managing workshops and training, and ensuring quality and compliance. The role requires at least three years of Salesforce consulting experience, Salesforce Administrator certification, advanced Salesforce certifications, Agile experience, complex-client interaction, project or team leadership, and strong communication skills.
