The role covers Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud development and administration, including Lightning Web Components, Apex, automations, integrations, configuration, troubleshooting, and a major Talkdesk-to-Genesys telephony migration. The position is 100% remote, offers USD compensation, and requires strong hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience, with Genesys, Talkdesk, and telephony migration experience preferred.
