Description
The Salesforce IT Developer will serve as the chief technical engineer for a digital banking strategy, designing and delivering complex declarative and programmatic Salesforce solutions. The role covers Financial Services Cloud architecture, Apex automation, Lightning and Visualforce development, SOQL/SOSL optimization, SOAP/REST and event-driven integrations, OAuth/SAML authentication, Salesforce AI and Data Cloud, CI/CD governance, code quality, and technical mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 16+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience, at least 5 years in the offered or related software engineering role, 5 years of specialized Salesforce development experience, and multiple active Salesforce certifications.
