Description
Hear.com is hiring a hands-on Salesforce Developer to own complex features end-to-end, from architecture through production. The role covers Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, data modeling, SOQL optimization, Flows, declarative automation, CI/CD, Git, SFDX, Salesforce security, integrations, event streaming, microservices, and telephony/CTI systems. The developer will troubleshoot production issues, lead root-cause analysis, conduct code reviews, pair program, and mentor mid-level and junior developers. The position requires at least six years of hands-on Salesforce development with real integration breadth, a Platform Developer I certification, and experience with JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or middleware.
