Description
VML MAP is hiring a Salesforce Developer Manager to lead a team of Salesforce Marketing Cloud developers while also contributing hands-on to coding, implementation, troubleshooting, and technical project delivery. The role manages team performance, development processes, utilization, and professional growth; collaborates with architects, project managers, and stakeholders; and applies Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AMPscript, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and agile methodologies. Candidates need at least five years of Salesforce developer or consultant experience, strong technical knowledge, and experience mentoring and leading technical teams. The position is based at the Toronto office and requires face-to-face collaboration.
