Dojo is hiring a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to own and improve Salesforce development and release processes using the Copado platform. The role involves building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating metadata and code deployments, managing Salesforce environments, troubleshooting deployments, integrating automated testing, monitoring performance, and mentoring development and QA teams. Candidates need hands-on Copado experience, Salesforce metadata knowledge, Git, Salesforce DX, and SFDX CLI skills, along with strong problem-solving and communication abilities. The position follows an office-first culture with four or more days per week in the office.
