Continental is seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer/Developer to design, build, deploy, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. This role involves driving DevOps and release strategies, developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations, and managing CI/CD pipelines. The engineer will ensure reliable CI/CD, release governance, and deployment automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and traceable changes.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Multiple years of experience in Salesforce development, DevOps, or release engineering
Hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration
Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Azure DevOps, Git, and SFDX/sf CLI
Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment concepts, including metadata, environments, Apex tests, dependencies, and rollback procedures
Good scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Bash or Python
Experience with quality controls such as automated tests, static analysis, and PR policies
Knowledge of authentication and secrets management
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
Professional working proficiency in English
Open to international travel (up to 10%)
