Attain Partners is hiring a Salesforce Functional and Solution Architect to lead enterprise-level Salesforce implementation engagements for university advancement and nonprofit fundraising clients. The role covers discovery, requirements, user stories, solution design, sprint delivery, testing, deployment, go-live, configuration, integrations, data architecture, and solution quality, while also advising clients, supporting adoption and knowledge transfer, and contributing to practice growth. The position requires extensive Salesforce experience, development expertise, strong business analysis and communication skills, a bachelor’s degree, U.S. work authorization, and Salesforce Admin Certification. It offers a base salary of $150,000–$175,000 USD plus an annual discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
