Description
NCS is seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to lead the functional design and delivery of Salesforce solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, translating needs into specifications and user stories, configuring and developing Salesforce solutions, collaborating with architects and technical teams, managing Agile delivery activities, supporting integrations and data migration, leading user adoption, and supporting production deployments. The position requires 6–10+ years of IT consulting experience, 5–8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, and experience with end-to-end Salesforce projects, cross-functional stakeholders, and Agile delivery.
