Description
Interclypse is hiring a Salesforce Leader to support Maryland state agencies in modernizing and sustaining critical systems, with a focus on Salesforce CRM architecture, application and batch operations, incident resolution, solution design, technical requirements, and project delivery. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline, 12 years of relevant industry experience, and at least 8 years of Salesforce/Force.com experience, along with knowledge of Salesforce configurations, MuleSoft integration, APIs, integrations, and ETL. The position is onsite at various Maryland locations and includes direct-report management, hiring, training, and coaching responsibilities.
