The Salesforce QA - Service Cloud Engineer will support testing of Salesforce Service Cloud applications and integrations, including regression, functional, integration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, workflows, and flows. The role involves executing test cases, maintaining automation scripts with Selenium, CRT, or similar tools, tracking defects in Jira or Copado DevOps, preparing test data, and collaborating with developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile environment.
