The role involves developing and implementing Salesforce solutions, gathering requirements, designing and developing custom applications, providing technical architecture and deployment guidance, leading work streams, and mentoring the team. Required experience includes 10+ years overall, 5–8 years of Salesforce customization experience, Sales and Service Cloud experience, Financial Service Cloud experience, 5+ years of Salesforce programming, technology consulting and solutions architecture, agile software development, and complex consulting project management.
