Description
Devoteam is seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join their multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing custom Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, implementing and customizing Service Cloud features like case management and customer portals, and integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize existing configurations, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide technical guidance to junior developers. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with over three years of experience in Salesforce development, particularly focusing on Service Cloud.
