Orion Global Solutions is hiring a remote-first Salesforce Solution Architect based in Costa Rica to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, lead requirements gathering, define system landscapes, document requirements and workflows, create wireframes, coordinate across business, technology, and QA teams, guide solution design decisions, and oversee deployments in sandbox and production environments. The role requires deep Salesforce architecture experience, integration knowledge, advanced configuration and automation skills, strong client-facing communication, Salesforce certifications, English proficiency, and prior experience working with US-based companies.
