Description
CADRE is hiring an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and governance of scalable enterprise CRM solutions across Salesforce platforms. The role partners with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and technology teams; leads integrations, solution reviews, architecture governance, project planning, risk assessment, and technical delivery; and provides guidance to administrators, developers, business analysts, and integration teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least 8 years of enterprise Salesforce implementation experience, at least 5 years in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect role, and strong expertise in Salesforce platforms, integrations, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs, security, DevOps, and Agile delivery.
