Constaff is hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect for project work with a client. The role focuses on developing Salesforce Service Cloud architecture, designing and implementing case management and omni-channel solutions, integrating third-party systems with REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft, automating customer service processes, managing data migration and validation, documenting technical solutions, and supporting agile CRM implementations. The position requires several years of Salesforce Solution Architect experience, strong Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, MuleSoft, API, cloud security, scalability, Agentforce, and CRM landscape experience.
