Description
Traction Rec is hiring a mid-level, full-time Solution Engineer to support pre-sales and customer engagement teams by designing Salesforce and Traction Rec solutions, conducting discovery and technical demonstrations, defining requirements and scope, supporting RFPs and statements of work, and advising clients on adoption and growth. The role is open to remote candidates based in Canada or the United States, with a preference for Pacific or Eastern Time zones, and requires at least three years of Salesforce solution experience. The starting base salary is $100,000–$110,000, with travel to clients and events as required.
